New Eden holiday homes at St Andrews

Our brand new range of Eden holiday homes offer a choice of contemporary two or three bedroom accommodation in a quiet setting ideally located within a few minutes' walk of the town, East Sands beach and the Fife Coastal Path.

Nestled within the Byre's Brae area of St Andrews Holiday Park, the Eden homes replace our popular Signature holiday homes and provide the perfect base for a care-free self-catering break.

The well-equipped kitchen is open plan to the spacious living area, complete with a comfy L-shaped sofa, dining table and large flatscreen Freeview TV. There is a master bedroom and a twin bedroom, which is ideal for children or guests. If you have extended family or friends, why not upgrade to the three bedroom model? All homes have the added luxury of double glazing and central heating.

Free WiFi is provided in your accommodation for your enjoyment.

Linen, duvets, duvet covers and pillows are all provided (except for cots). For a small charge, you can hire double and single towel packs to save on your packing.

Dogs are welcome to accompany you in our selected 'dog-friendly' holiday homes at St Andrews Holiday Park. A supplement of £35 per holiday, per dog applies (maximum of two dogs). Please see booking terms & conditions.

Dog friendly holiday homes

Your waggy-tailed friend is part of the family too. You can bring up to two dogs in our designated dog-friendly holiday homes for just £35 per dog, per holiday and well-behaved dogs are welcome in The Braes Bar, Restaurant and Sun Terrace too.

Start your holiday early

Start your holiday early with our early check-in option. For just £30 you can arrive three hours early at 1pm (instead of 4pm) on selected holiday homes. Please remember that you are welcome to arrive on-park at the time of your choice and are free to enjoy park facilities (bar, restaurant, games rooms, play park and beach) until your accommodation is ready.
