Please remember to arrange the winterisation (drain down) of your holiday home. If you have not already been contacted by one of our approved plumbing contractors detailed below, we advise that you make contact as soon as possible to secure your winterisation dates:

Please ensure that park reception have a key on file for contractor access.

In general, contractors will winterise your holiday home on, or just after your leaving date, and will reconnect the water system and conduct a test for your return date in the new season. This will ensure that the water is drained from all of the pipes and that the appropriate level of antifreeze is used in the central heating system to protect from the frost.

We do not recommend carrying out the drain down procedure yourself as you will be responsible for any burst water pipes, damages to your boiler and any subsequent related damages. Any damages caused by self winterisation could invalidate your Landlord’s Gas Safety Inspection Certificate and any outstanding warranty.

Our Elie, St Andrews and St Monans Holiday Parks open at 9am on 1st March and close at 4pm on 30th November for owners.

Upgrading your holiday home is an exciting time and you'll no doubt have lots of questions. This short, informative video will help answer those questions and will explain what you can expect to happen at each stage.

Before you arrive, please take time to familiarise yourself with our contactless check-in process by following the links on your e-booking confirmation sent to your email address at the time of booking. Your e-booking confirmation also details your key code (required for most holidays). Please also check junk, clutter and spam folders.

Cottages, lodges and holiday homes

Your accommodation will be ready from 4pm on your arrival day (or from 1pm if early check-in has been purchased). All guests are more than welcome to arrive earlier to enjoy the on-park facilities^. At the end of your holiday, please vacate by 10am prompt. Leave your accommodation as clean and tidy as possible and remove all rubbish and recycling to nearby bins. The key should be left on the kitchen table.

Touring and tent pitches

Your pitch will be ready from 12noon on your arrival day, but you are more than welcome to arrive earlier to enjoy the on-park facilities. On the day of your departure we ask that you to vacate your pitch by 11am.

Bedding

Linen, duvets, duvet covers and pillows are all provided in our holiday homes (except for cots) and in our lodges and cottages, beds are made-up for your arrival.

Towels

For a small charge, you can hire double and single towel packs to save on your packing. Please select these at time of booking or contact park reception. Towels are provided free of charge in lodges and cottages.

You can cancel your holiday and receive a full refund up to 30 days before your arrival. Please see our Terms and Conditions. Holidays cancelled less than 29 days are not eligible for a refund, so we do advise that you have adequate insurance cover in place to give you extra peace of mind.

Some washrooms require a key or key code access. Please see your e-booking confirmation for details of this and Contactless Check-in. 

We politely request that all tourer and tent guests observe our barbecue guidelines when on-park. Lodge and holiday home guests are not permitted to use barbecues.

The Kincraig View Restaurant

• The restaurant will close on Sunday 3rd November and will re-open for the new season in March 2025.

You can watch big screen sport in Ruddons Bar at Elie Holiday Park and in The Braes Bar & Restaurant at St Andrews Holiday Park. There is weekend entertainment at Elie and St Andrews Holiday Parks.

Owners of holiday home caravans, tourers and tents are welcome to bring well behaved dogs at no extra charge. We ask that you keep your dog on a lead and limit the number of dogs to three.

Up to two dogs are welcome to accompany you in our selected 'dog-friendly' holiday homes at Elie, St Andrews and St Monans Holiday Parks and at the Robinson Crusoe Retreat Cottages in Lower Largo. A supplement of £35 per holiday, per dog applies. Please see booking terms & conditions.

Well behaved dogs are welcome in our bars, café and restaurants.
