Contactless Check-in

On arrival, please go directly to your accommodation. The location of your accommodation and key code is detailed on your e-booking confirmation emailed to you at the time of booking (please check junk and clutter folders if not in your inbox and search: Abbeyford Leisure Bookings). Use the park map below to locate your accommodation. Please arrive from 4pm (or from 1pm if early check-in has been purchased). All guests are more than welcome to arrive earlier to enjoy the on-park facilities.

On arrival at your accommodation, locate the key box and slide down the flap. Enter the 4-digit key code (detailed on your e-booking confirmation) ensuring that the numbers are in alignment with the middle line. Pull down the release lever, open the box and remove the key. Close the box, scramble the numbers and lift up the flap.

Look out for the Information Folder in your accommodation together with our usual complimentary welcome pack of tea, coffee etc.

At the end of your holiday, please vacate by 10am prompt. Leave your accommodation as clean and tidy as possible and remove all rubbish and recycling to nearby bins. The key should be left on the kitchen table. We wish you a safe journey home.

Your pitch will be ready from 12 noon. Your pitch location is detailed on your e-booking confirmation. Use the park map below to help find your pitch and drive directly to it. On arrival, look out for a tag attached to the pitch post. Check that the details are correct and attach the tag to your caravan/motorhome or tent. Please arrive between 12 noon and 6pm.

Your washrooms are accessible via a 5-digit key code. Please find your 'key code' on your e-booking confirmation.

At the end of your holiday, please vacate your pitch by 11am prompt. Leave your pitch as clean and tidy as possible and remove all rubbish and recyling by using the nearby bins. We wish you a safe journey home.
