There’s a TV point with Co-Ax and 240V socket for movie nights, and you can draw the stylish lined curtains for added cosiness.

Loire’s contemporary kitchen is practical with optimised storage, presented with dust grey units and quality appliances including a Domapp glass-fronted oven, grill and a four-burner gas hob with a glass splashback.

The family bathroom comprises a shower cubicle with thermostatic shower, WC, sink and extractor fan. 

Superb thermal performance keeps everyone comfortable whatever the season and also delivers cost savings, with uPVC windows, lagged underfloor pipes, and thorough floor, roof and wall insulation.

Engineered for long-lasting looks, the Loire is finished with a bonded 'sandwich' exterior wall construction for greater strength, a coated steel pantile roof and a Fusion galvanised chassis.
