The Morlaix

The Morlaix's lounge features a décor wall in espresso and a spacious fixed L-shaped Aston sofa, complete with cushions and a fold-out bed for extra convenience. The room is furnished with a Tobacco Halifax oak coffee table and TV unit, whilst a stylish nature wall room divider adds a touch of sophistication and privacy.

The kitchen and dining area are equally impressive, showcasing shaker-style doors in stone grey and 30mm Tobacco Halifax oak worktops with matching splashbacks. This space is equipped with modern appliances, including a glass-fronted oven, a four-burner gas hob, and an externally vented cooker hood. The dining area features a Tobacco Halifax oak table, fixed bench seating, and additional freestanding chairs with cushion pads, creating a comfortable and practical space for meals with the family.

The main bedroom offers a double bed with a Tobacco Halifax oak surround and a padded headboard in, whilst the luxurious Aurora Duvalay™ mattress ensures a restful night's sleep. The room is completed with bedside cabinets, a decorative feature wall in espresso, and a large double shaker-style wardrobe. The twin room includes twin beds with Tobacco Halifax oak surrounds, padded fabric headboards, and a large wardrobe with a vanity area.

The bathrooms are modern and efficient, featuring a shower cubicle with a thermostatic shower, a dual flush WC, LED vanity spotlights, and an extractor fan in the main bathroom. 

Superb thermal performance keeps everyone comfortable whatever the season and also delivers cost savings, with uPVC windows, lagged underfloor pipes, and thorough floor, roof and wall insulation.

Engineered for long-lasting looks, the Loire is finished with a bonded 'sandwich' exterior wall construction for greater strength, a coated steel pantile roof and a Fusion galvanised chassis.
