Nestled behind a wide expanse of dunes and a sweeping sandy beach, multi-award-winning Elie Holiday Park at Shell Bay is a true hidden gem.
Voted as the Best Visitor Attraction in Fife by Kingdom FM listeners and awarded Scotland's Best Family Holiday Park runner up, families have been enjoying holidays here for generations and are attracted by the unique location, fantastic entertainment, abundance of wildlife and the exciting Robinson Crusoe Adventure Park. From morning ‘til dusk, there is so much to do and see. You can walk the coastal path, go rock-pooling, spot seals lolloping in the Forth, spy deer bobbing between the trees and, if you’re lucky, you may even see a rare red squirrel! Kids can go wild at the Robinson Crusoe Adventure Park and enjoy the Smugglers' Cove Games Room.
Couples will also love Elie Holiday Park. Explore the picturesque fishing villages, enjoy a walk around Ruddons Point (Site of Special Scientific Interest) and catch one of the local summertime festivals.
And of course, no holiday to Fife would be complete without a spectacular boat trip to the breathtaking Isle of May National Nature Reserve from neighbouring Anstruther.

At the heart of Elie Holiday Park is family friendly Ruddons Bar. Home to some of Scotland's best bands, singers and acts you can enjoy sounds of the 60s and 70s through to the chart topping hits of the 80s, 90s, 00s and today. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
The Mirador Café and Takeaway
The Mirador Café and Takeaway at Elie Holiday Park serves some of the very best barista coffee in the East Neuk of Fife together with tasty pastries, home baking, breakfast choices, top notch takeaway favourites and ice cream. It's the perfect spot to grab a tasty takeaway if you're walking the Fife Coastal Path. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
The Robinson Crusoe Adventure Park
The Robinson Crusoe Adventure Park at Elie Holiday Park, Shell Bay, reflects the area’s connection with famous Lower Largo sailor, Alexander Selkirk. The impressive galleon is surrounded by palm trees and takes the form of a two-masted sailing ship linked to a fantasy desert island.
Smugglers' Cove Games Room
From driving games to air hockey, a pool table and traditional arcades, there's plenty to keep everyone entertained at the Smugglers' Cove Games Room (located next to Ruddons Bar).

Absolutely a fantastic clean site! Views are stunning. The beach is 5 minutes away, lots of dog walking routes and a huge play area for children. A cafe, shop, bar and a restaurant - all immaculate with friendly staff! We stayed in a Castaway beach caravan with a veranda. Fabulous location for us having a dog , enjoyed been nearer the beach rather the the play area.
First time using Elie Holiday Park this week and we absolutely loved it. The beach is very accessible and the area is lovely, not far from St Andrews and Leven (both worth a visit). The holiday park serves food pretty much all day and is of good standard, my two boys of 9 and 13 always had a choice of food they liked. The entertainment/bar and amusement centre was great. The touring pitches were nice and flat, no issues whatsoever and the facilities were more than adequate (and clean). A lovely site which is child and dog friendly, highly recommended.
In one word beautiful site. Caravan was tidy. Loads of museums nearby and attractions especially if you like fishing...loads of harbours nearby. The toilets in the club were clean and tidy will go again.
